1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Fixers Handyman Services LLC ("The Fixers") website and services. By booking, texting, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services Provided
The Fixers provides flat-priced handyman services ("Fixers") for everyday jobs on residential and commercial properties. Most jobs are completed in 90 minutes or less. Larger or complex projects require an estimate. For jobs outside our scope, we may arrange vetted partner providers.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Services are billed at a flat per-job price unless otherwise noted.
- Material costs, when applicable, are billed separately and are non-refundable regardless of job outcome.
- Payment is due upon completion. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for amounts due.
- We may assess reasonable fees to recover costs from chargebacks or returned payments.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Visits are scheduled in time blocks (morning or afternoon).
- Customers may cancel or reschedule by texting (754) 354-1777 at least 24 hours before the scheduled block.
- Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- If materials were purchased in advance of the job, customers remain responsible for those costs if they cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled block.
6. Guarantee
Fix-or-no-charge. If we cannot complete the requested scope due to our workmanship, you will not be charged for that visit. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. No ongoing warranty is provided.
To qualify, you must inform the technician on-site, before they leave, that the issue within the agreed scope has not been fixed. If not raised on-site, the visit is deemed accepted as complete for billing purposes.
- Excludes pre-existing or hidden conditions and design defects.
- Excludes damage from misuse, neglect, or third parties.
- Excludes defects in customer-supplied materials.
- Customers remain responsible for material costs even if work is not completed.
- Return visits for new, expanded, or out-of-scope work are billed separately.
7. Limitations of Service
- Work requiring specialty state licenses (e.g., major plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Major structural or load-bearing work.
- Hazardous or unsafe work conditions. Customer is responsible for permits unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The Fixers reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- The environment is unsafe or unsanitary.
- Customers engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
- The requested service is illegal or outside our permitted scope.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fixers is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
- Work performed by third-party partner providers.
- Loss of use, loss of income, or business interruption.
- Any damage caused by materials provided by the customer.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, and exemplary damages.
10. Partner Providers
Partner providers are independent contractors who operate under their own terms. The Fixers is not responsible for their acts or omissions. If we make a referral, we may receive a referral fee; any work they perform is governed by your agreement with them.
11. Warranties Disclaimer
Except for the workmanship guarantee described in Section 6, services are provided "as is" without any other express or implied warranties.
12. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property.
- Accurately describe the job when booking.
- Supply required materials if agreed in advance.
13. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fixers, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services, customer-provided materials, or unsafe property conditions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution & Venue
Before filing a claim, you agree to email team@thefixers.xyz with a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days for informal resolution. If not resolved, the parties will participate in non-binding mediation in Pinellas County, Florida. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may bring an action exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Either party may file in small-claims court. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES WILL BE LITIGATED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
18. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any term is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
